Important Information
Income figures are indicative and vary by area and claimant type. The ~£200-261 per room per week range is net of framework deductions and assumes typical occupancy. Actual results depend on your property performance and operational management.
Void risk remains with you as the operator. This is not an income protection product. Tenant referrals are optional and acceptance is at your discretion. You are responsible for property maintenance, compliance, and tenant management.
All arrangements are documented through a formal Service Level Agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales. You should seek independent legal and financial advice before joining.
