Property Assessment Information

When you request a property assessment through our website or contact us about our property operating model, we collect information about your property and ownership costs. This information is used to:

  • •Lease arrangements: Records relating to active or former lease agreements are retained for the duration of the lease and for six years thereafter to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Financial information: Payment records and financial documentation are retained for six years after the relevant transaction to comply with tax and accounting requirements.

International Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the United Kingdom. Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner, or transfers to countries with adequate data protection laws.
